The Purchase Currency:

All prices for our services are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Please note that we only accept payments in USD, and all transactions will be processed in this currency. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your payment provider may apply conversion fees or exchange rates based on your local currency.

Refund Policy:

We understand that circumstances can change, and we offer flexibility for both parties in the event of cancellation.

Cancellation by The Client: If you, the client, choose to cancel our services at any time, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up until the cancellation date. However, you will be refunded for any unused portion of the 90-day Term Agreement, based on the remaining time left in the term.

Cancellation by The Agency: If we, the agency, decide to cancel the agreement, you will be required to pay for all work completed up until the cancellation date. However, you will be refunded for any unused portion of the 90-day Term Agreement, based on the remaining time left in the term.

Please note that refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original transaction. Refunds for unused services will be calculated on a pro-rated basis depending on the remaining days in the 90-day term.

Shipping/Delivery Policy:

As a digital marketing agency, we do not ship physical products. All services provided are delivered electronically, and we ensure timely execution based on the specifics of each campaign or service agreed upon.

Delivery Method:
Services are delivered through email, online meetings, and other digital communication channels, depending on the nature of the service. You will receive regular updates on the progress of your campaign or project, and all deliverables will be shared electronically.

Delivery Times:
The delivery times for services depend on the scope of the project or campaign. We aim to complete all work within the agreed-upon timeframes and will communicate with you regarding any necessary adjustments to the timeline.

Eligible Destinations:
Our services are available to businesses globally. Since all services are provided digitally, there are no geographic restrictions for eligibility.

Return Policy

As we provide digital marketing services and not physical goods, we do not offer a traditional return or exchange process. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with the services we provide.
